PR breaks image loading #2
Description
We've had a regression on OSD: openseadragon/openseadragon#2537
This has caused immediateRender to do nothing. I think it's an unintended consequence of removing the haveDrawn checks to the 'tiledImage.js' file.
So for now I have reverted only this change on our build.
