• merge feat: creates risc0 image folder if it does not exist bonsol#131
• add environmental variables for the programs file path location in the harness
• do not use figment for toml de-serialization in the bonsol-node and update the bonsol node's main.rs if necessary. use a toml library that has a serialization trait
• push bonsol docker node image to a public registry
• update code to pull this bonsol docker image
• push crate prover-network to crates.io
