General Information About the Course

• Team members who took the course last year shared insights about the course structure.
• They emphasized the importance of being active on GitHub for grading.
• They highlighted that properly documenting each activity by creating an issue on GitHub is essential.
• They also said that instructor may randomly ask selected groups about their progress, so it is important to be prepared before the class.

Communication Plan

• We discussed that having two short meetings (before and after the class) would be more efficient than a single long meeting.
• Proposed meeting days: Wednesday and Friday (not finalized yet).

• We conclude that assigning tasks evenly among team members is crucial.
