Description
With BOLT12 offers we have the ability to create an offer and sync the details across devices. But the offer is only good as long as we have a webhook URL to receive the invoice request for the offer. If the webhook URL is unregistered we need to revoke the offer from Boltz (so they don't try to request an invoice via webhook) and remove the offer across devices.
