Test Firmware - statefull motor switch, a bit more functionality

For those events that lack a programmer due to whatever, make motor test running continously until button is pressed again and add a bit more functionality to play around. Just for limiting disappointment caused by lack of programmer.

How about turning the test firmware into a normal firmware which includes a special test app? The only problem I see is that it will switch to another app if a button registers as always pressed.

We have to setup a more user friendly way of changing between programs anyway. However, the bug should be in test mode each time it is power on, that might be more of a problem here because you don't want that in regular operation mode.
