Some of the bugs return an error when trying to flash the firmware while doing make flash.
For some unbeknownst reason programming with high speed (the -B 1 bitclock option on avrdude) does not work that well. So omit that command line option by editing the makefile. I try to fix the makefile in the near future, making it more readable and providing a prompt for selecting the programmer an the programming speed when those parameters are not defined when calling make.
