script to make changes to the OpenStack vms

Usage: perl vm_setup.pl [options]
Description: Performs a number of functions to prepare VMs (on service.cpanel.ninja) for immediate use.
Options:
--------------
--force: Ignores previous run check
--fast: Skips all optional setup functions
--verbose: pretty self explanatory
--full: Passes yes to all optional setup functions
--installcl: Installs CloudLinux(can take a while and requires reboot)
--skipyum: Skips installing yum packages
--skiphostname: Skips setting the hostname
--hostname=$hostname: allows user to provide a hostname for the system
--tier=$cpanel_tier: allows user to provide a cPanel update tier for the server to be set to and enables daily updates
--bashurl=$URL_to_bash_file: allows user to provide the URL to their own bashrc file rather than using the script's default one located at https://ssp.cpanel.net/aliases/aliases.txt
this option can be passed multiple times for more than one bashrc file and/or accept a ',' separated list as well.
Note: --skiphostname and --hostname=$hostname are mutually exclusive

- Install the ea4-experimental repository and disables it
- Sets hostname
- Updates /var/cpanel/cpanel.config (Tweak Settings)
- Performs basic setup wizard
- Fixes /etc/hosts
- Fixes screen permissions
- Sets local mysql password to ensure mysql access
- Creates test account (with email and database)
- Disables cphulkd
- Creates api key
- Updates motd
- Sets unlimited bash history
- Creates /root/.bash_profile with helpful aliases
- Runs upcp (optional)
- Runs check_cpanel_rpms --fix (optional)
- Downloads and runs cldeploy (Installs CloudLinux) --installcl (optional)
