Howdy!

Extraction of the test report fails under macOS build environments, seemly due to GNU/BSD differences in sed implementations…

sed -i 's/# Test Report/# Test Report/' report.md

With the error:

sed: -I or -i may not be used with stdin

Which doesn't make a whole lotta sense. 😕
