Attempt of transition to abstract partial state does not produce any error or warning

As said in the title, if one creates abstract partial state and tries to transition to it, no error or warning will be produced but the state won't transition.

It should throw a runtime exception -- I just encountered this in the last couple days while refactoring one of my state machines, so I'm pretty sure it's working. You need to override protected void HandleError(Exception e) on the LogicBlock and re-throw or output the exception, if you haven't already.

My test subject was current GodotDemo which I don't think has this HandleError, my suggestion is that default behavior to throw or at the very least write to stderr is probably better than quietly drop exception. It's a bit confusing

@CDVoidwalker you are correct. In the next major version, exceptions will be thrown loudly.
