"vfadd_vv" case without e16 when add Zvfh extension

I noticed that the README states Zvfh extension is already supported, but I couldn't find the configuration for e16 in the generated assembly files.
Did I do something wrong?

I modified the main.go file, moving the assignment of float16F outside the "if ok" condition, and now the vfadd.vv assembly files can generate e16 tests.

Yeah, the problem is that before what you posted, the check for each extension and whether a config folder exists fails.

extFiles, err := walkDirectories(*configsDirF)

Zvfh only permits SEW=16 for a subset of vector floating-point instructions and does not introduce any new tests so there is no config file and thats the reason why it fails. This needs to be fixed. By the way Zvfh depends on Zfhmin (and Zve32f).
