Controlling Subscriptions Across Subnets

Hello, do you think this might work to set subscriptions across subnets? i have a managed switch with control of multicast and its capable of multicast routing. I'm going to give it shot but thought I would ask as well. Discovery of endpoints and available subscriptions is probably going to be limited but actually instructing the RX to make a subscription is done with UDP correct?
