preg_replace() /e modifier is now deprecated. Instead, use the preg_replace_callback() function

@chuckreynolds Couldn't find any instances of /e modifier in your code base, the only method using preg_replace is wpfbogp_callback Let me know if I'm missing anything, would like to help out.

@michaeltintiuc i need to get back to this plugin in a big way. I may have put this in for the develop branch. I def need to hack on this myself in hacktober.. thx for the reminder.
