Bug: Can't paste using ctrl + v in Codex CLI

Hey there!

Was trying to use this in my vs code extension but couldn't continue with it because it's lacking ctrl+v to paste images.

To reproduce this just start codex cli and try to do ctrl + v to paste an image in the provided ghostty-web demo.
