Reducing Repetition of blocks in the menu

In block essence, there are two sections that hold the find and letting blocks: 'program', 'find' and 'letting'. Nadine and I have spoken and it would make more sense to remove the 'find' and 'letting' sections, and move the extra blocks:

into 'program'.
