Ability to support set Preserve Repository During Deployment option on API #7108

Today coolify exposes the Preserve Repository During Deployment on the UI to make available repostory files on deployments.

but we don't have support to setup this value using the API https://coolify.io/docs/api-reference/api/operations/create-private-deploy-key-application

this request is to enable and include that possibility
