Irresponsive Confirm button when refreshing a quote

Steps:

1. specify a swap and bridge order
2. go to the confirm screen
3. wait till the qupte validity reaches 1 sec
4. press on the 'Confirm swap and bridge' button

AR: the button is irresponsive: nothing happens when you press on it

ER: disable the button when a quote is refreshing

One more case:

1. specify a swap and bridge order
2. go to the confirm screen
3. Leave the tab in the backgroung for 2-3 minutes
4. return back and try pressing on the Confirm button --> it is irresponsive.
