how to extract all strings from source code #211

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current extract implementation is good but not really useful for me cause it's not efficient and I actually don't care about the id for the string

It would be great to have one command to extract all strings from the codebase and generate their ids automatically.

I use formatjs for localization of my nextjs project, it's babel-plugin is used to generate hash ids
