Refactor cardholder page + details page

• Website is not in collection view
• TG handle entry should be simpler, and we shouldn't do the "https://" check in the collection view
  • Add t.me prefix automatically
• Move CollectedModal into a different file
• Remove extra verify step in frontend + just send proof to backend
• Refactor initialTap/sendTap
• Prefill existing card values in editing form
• Don't require updating all fields, just changing something
• fix tap image for android and ios
