I just managed to flash the RTL8762C through SWD with probe-rs. Still, the log pin needs to be pulled down before powering on the module.
Use this command: probe-rs download --protocol swd --chip-description-path RTL876x_SPI_FLASH.yaml --chip rtl876x --base-address 0x0080E000 --binary-format bin <bin_file_without_512B_checksum_header_for_MPTool> --verify
In which RTL876x_SPI_FLASH.yaml is generated from the vendor's RTL876x_SPI_FLASH.FLM by target-gen, with a manual correction of the SRAM range.

I just managed to flash the RTL8762C through SWD with probe-rs. Still, the log pin needs to be pulled down before powering on the module.
