No SVG preview in Gallery when size >171 px.

1️⃣ Steps to reproduce

1. Open a folder with ONLY svg files.
2. svg previews visible.
3. In settings, set preview size to 200 (actually anything over 171 px) (hint says the range 20<x<500)
4. svg previews disappear.

additional odd behavior:

1. set preview size to 150.
2. Open folder with MIXED SVG, PNG, and JPG
3. all appear.
4. increase preview size to 200
5. SOME svg disappear, others remain, some scale wrong (showing only upper left corner) others appear as black square.

2️⃣ Actual behavior

SVG only appear under 171 pixel preview.
Some SVG never appear correctly, showing only the corner and/or a black square.

3️⃣ Expected behavior

SVG preview to reliably appear at all sizes.

5️⃣ Additional context

My SVG's come from multiple sources and programs, including purchased collections, downloaded freebees, and photoshop exports. This may explain the erratic behavior of some content (but not the 171 px limit).

I'm discovering other inconsistent behaviors such as SVG's that sometime preview and other times do not, regardless of the preview px size, and variation by source. If you wish to pursue details with me, including test files and screen shots, message me.

@Art5 Can you attach a sample file and screenshot?
The gallery bar uses Magick.NET to decode the thumbnails, it has limits with SVG format. So the preview may not look the same as using WebView2 for viewing SVG
