Update NewVersion subscription when NewPackage #1
Description
The current workflow does not contemplate the update of the list of packages to be subscribed to waiting for new events. There should be updated the list of packages on every NewPackage event so the routine is subscribed to the new package as well, waiting for NewVersions of that package
