ballStart vector incorrect #174

Objects like the ghost and the lava from the volcano that are supposed to send the ball to the start (using the ballStart vector variable), don't always do that? It seems to depend on the overall shape of the level where the ball actually gets sent when interacting with lava or ghosts. In some testing cases, the ball was sent to the right spot, but most of the time not. Even the current ghost level suffers from this.
