Souin reports the reason for a cache bypass as uri-miss when the request has Cache-Control: no-cache

When sending a request to a site with souin in the front, if the requester has the `Cache-Control` header set to `no-cache`, souin responds with a Cache-Status header indicating that the uri is not in the cache, when it should just indicate that it was bypassed because of cache control.
