When wanting to read a lot of manga I end up using ctrl+E a lot (3 keystrokes per chapter).

I'd like to do something like vim's visual mode to select. (e.g. Shift+v, and then move arrow keys up/down to move selection.)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Hmm, maybe also briefly thought about other non-vim keybindings like ctrl+space. Maybe the key that's used vi vs. emacs mode could be configurable?
