Error with implicit MPI indexing #7
Description
The diff process fails if the Dac-Man uses MPI executor and the underlying directories are not already indexed. Indexing and comparison have to be called separately from the Dac-Man CLI when using MPI. The MPI communication in the executor needs to be fixed while indexing is called implicitly such that it uses the existing communicator from the diff.
