Profile of blocked contact shows no info that the user is blocked

Only the context menu shows "Unblock contact".

I would expect some visible hint that the contact is blocked.

Use case: I block a contact who is also shares a group with me. So I still see the contact there (what is fine) but when I click on the profile the contact looks like a "normal" unblocked contact which is confusing.

We already have a string for that: 'contact_is_blocked'
