[Feature Request] Support for avif files as Image URL

Currently, when Faved finds an avif file as Image URL or the user manually sets one as Image URL, the image is not displayed, probably because of missing support for the file format.

Thanks for reporting this! You’re right — AVIF isn’t supported at the moment, which is why those images aren’t being displayed.

Support for the format has already been added and will be included in the next release. You can see the related changes here:
