Remove support for rails 7.0 and 7.1 support on October 1st #134
Description
The rails community is not maintaining patches for rails 7.1 starting on october the 1st. After this time i think we should remove all the support and code paths that are used to maintain 7.0 and 7.1 in the system.
Once done - there will be less edge cases in the gem for differences in older versions of rails.
