Add option to preserve outside gutter #80
Description
Would be awesome to see an option added such as $gl-outsideGutter: true/false; that would add/remove the negative margin that currently removes the outside gutter. I personally let my grid keep the outside gutter and currently I have to manually override the negative margin that is currently applied.
