[feat] Jump to specific time where the text is said in transcript

So upon recent usage, I feel like I'm needing a quick access link back to where the text is said in the video.

Describe the solution you'd like
To have a time code with hyperlink at the start of every sentence.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Worst case scenario simply change the parser to show timecode alone
