zones/push-images should be at a lower priority #402
Description
PUSHing images at the normal priority causes it to be given the same weight as CSS and JavaScript, resulting in those things being blocked from downloading.
Should change that zone to do its pushing at a lower priority. I need to research how priority works as I've never used it before.
