Issue Details
The tab bar is not displayed on the Mac Catalyst platform.
Root Cause
On Mac Catalyst 18 and later, the native system code internally sets Hidden = true and Alpha = 0 by default, causing the TabBar to be invisible.
Description of Change
Explicitly set TabBar.Alpha to 1.0f and TabBar.Hidden to the correct value to make the TabBar visible.
