Manual installation on shared hosting

Many potential users don't have access to a command line or Docker on their shared hosting.
I'd like to be able to install Flatnotes manually by copying a folder and running a web-based install/config script.
Is this possible with the current underlying technology stack?

I don't believe this would be possible I'm afraid. flatnotes is built on top of Python's FastAPI which requires a long running Python application to be running.
