ADR: Experiment

General

The Experiment class was discussed in easyscience/dynamics#7

Currently, a minimalistic Experiment class is implemented.

It contains data as a scipp DataArray with coordinates energy and Q. It allows binning of the data, and in fact, all other classes will work solely with the binned data.

It uses the scipp methods to load and save data as .hdf files.

Data can be plotted using plopp

Extensions

It will be made possible to

• combine multiple data sets
• stack data sets as function of e.g. temperature
• automatically detect and mask outliers
• load various standard data formats
