Add `About` section to repository landing page

Current Situation

The About section of the BaSyx Python SDK repository is empty.

Proposed Change

We should add a brief description of the purpose of this repository for the end-user, which they can read in under 10 seconds. This will help users to decide whether this repository is what they are looking for. Based on the current README and the PyPI release, we could use one of the existing descriptors:

• Python implementation of the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) for Industry 4.0 systems
• The Eclipse BaSyx Python SDK, an implementation of the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) for Industry 4.0 systems

We can also get more creative, suggestions are always welcome. My additional ideas:

• Python SDK for implementing Asset Administration Shells (AAS) in Industry 4.0 systems
• Digital Twins for Industry 4.0
• Python SDK for building digital twins with the Asset Administration Shell (AAS)
• Implementation of the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) for Industry 4.0 Digital Twins

Moreover, we should add topics and the link to our documentation above the topic keywords, as shown in the article.

As we probably don't have the necessary GitHub permissions to change the text of the About section, we should contact the owner of the BaSyx project.

and adaption of all other occurences to this string.
