Improvement: Provide basic infrastructure for a gateway approach

What

Within BMW internally we showed a PoC for "gatewaying" LoLa shared-memory communication in an inter-VM setup.
The underlying architecture is depicted here: https://github.com/eclipse-score/communication/tree/main/score/mw/com/dependability/software_architectural_design/generalized_gateway

The generic code/extensions (without hypervisor specific implementations) shall be incorporated in the existing score::mw::com codebase.
