NUMA Checks Fails (Spuriously, I Think) on GCP Ubuntu

@clupuishere, during an EderaON user empathy session, found that edera-check failed spuriously on GCP Ubuntu. Costin: Can you please add the logs you collected from running edera-check during that session? Thank you!

The NUMA checks need revisiting anyway since we have changed our NUMA support stance in the most recent release.
