Sticky session seems not working

Hi,

I tried to follow the docs here: https://docs.docker.com/ee/ucp/interlock/usage/sessions/ to setup sticky session for my stack. I'm able to spin up your demo. But sticky session seems not happen. I am still getting different instance on each call.

Also, the doc seems incomplete. I guess you are assuming this demo is running behind a reverse proxy which is listening on port 80? Or we have to publish port 8080. I would appreciate if you could provide a comprehensive example. Thanks for your time.

Docker version 18.09.0, build 33a45cd

I realized we need to enable layer 7 routing and interlock service in order to use this feature.
