output ply file has splat value all zero

Hi,
thanks for this execellent work, I am currently using this tool, and I found out that even some glb files work quite well, some of the glbs I can see a blur splat in window (even after tuning the splat size and smaple size), and the output ply file has all zero values, do you have any idea where could the issue derive from?
Some possible reason I'm looking into right now is:

1. Jacobian numerically unstability
2. Degenerate triangle surface
3. Ply export error
