Taxonomy vocabularies referred to by cm_show fields must first be created

There are some cm_show fields that are created from bundles.txt that refer taxonomy vocabularies that don't exist. Possibly these could first be created by Bundle Copy? Or else instructions are needed on how to create these vocabularies before importing content types.
