This license governs the use of the SeedCTL software, including its source
code, binaries, documentation, and related materials (the “Software”).

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to:

- Use the Software
- Download and execute official binary releases
- View and inspect the source code for personal, educational, or security review purposes.

2. Restrictions
---------------

You may NOT, without explicit written permission from the Licensor:

- Modify the source code
- Create derivative works
- Redistribute the source code
- Redistribute compiled binaries
- Mirror or re-host the repository
- Incorporate the Software into another product
- Sell or commercialize the Software

3. Ownership
------------

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive
property of EvolvBits Contributors.

No ownership rights are transferred under this license.


4. Contributions

Any contribution submitted to the SeedCTL project automatically grants
EvolvBits Contributors full rights to use, modify, relicense, or distribute
that contribution as part of the Software.


5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

SeedCTL handles cryptographic material including mnemonic phrases and
private keys. Users assume full responsibility for all outcomes resulting
from use of the Software.


6. Limitation of Liability
--------------------------

IN NO EVENT SHALL EvolvBits Contributors BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- loss of cryptocurrency funds
- loss of private keys
- loss of mnemonic phrases
- loss of data
- financial loss


7. Termination
--------------

Any violation of this license immediately terminates all rights granted.

Upon termination, all copies of the Software must be destroyed.


8. Governing Law
----------------

This license shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the
copyright holder.
