Sitting in my systray and on my desktop

I added Apdatifier and thought like in the past it would just sin in my system tray, but this time it's also on my desktop. How do I remove it from the desktop without removing / disabling it in the systray?

By default, the widget is not enabled anywhere. If it’s on your desktop, it means you added it there manually. Open ‘Add or Manage Widgets’ and click ‘Remove all instances’. This should not affect the system tray icon if it is enabled there.
