[Bug]: arch upgrade options textbox doesn't let you type numbers

Problem summary

The upgrade options textbox doesn't accept numbers, so I can't pass an argument like --sudo "run0 --via-shell".

Steps to reproduce

Try to type a number in the box with the aur helper set to paru.

Expected behavior

I should be able to type the number 0.

Actual behavior

I could not do that.

Numbers are now allowed in the field, but quotes are still not.
This command still won't work because paru --sudo expects a single command without arguments.
I’d suggest creating a wrapper script and specifying that script in this field instead.

#!/bin/bash
exec run0 --via-shell "$@"

Then set the field options to:

--sudo run0-wrapper

Turns out you can just do run0 and it works fine. I tried symlinking before and it worked completely differently so it seems to depend on execution context (run0 itself calls systemd-run with some arguments I don't know).
