test(libsinsp/scap_files): prefix assert_event_presence() assertions

Add `<filename>:<linenumber> |` prefix to `assert_event_presence()`
assertions and exception messages, and make the new signature
ergonomic by introducing a new `ASSERT_EVENT_PRESENCE()` macro.
