更新 osgb 编码 gltf 逻辑

1、 更新 osgb 编码gltf 逻辑，支持 multi primitive in one geometry
2、更新 drawarray 编码 gltf 逻辑
3、新增 osgb 配置，支持 pbr 材质的开关
