Char deleting recent audio recording

Describe the bug
I had a meeting, recorded it and Char transcribed it. Unfortunately, the transcription was in English instead of German because I used the wrong model. After changing the model and reopening the software, the recording disappeared. Also, the MP3 disappeared from the folder, and I lost the recording which is very unfortunate.

Hey — apologies for the rough experience here. This class of issue (transcription silently failing to generate, recordings/sessions disappearing, long-meeting transcription stalls) should be resolved in desktop_v1.0.27 — please update and let us know if you still hit it.

Closing this for now; happy to reopen if it recurs on 1.0.27+. Thanks for the patience and the detailed reports.
