Configurable Border Chars #3731

Feature request - I am submitting a PR for the changes shortly... Border chars are static, I'd like to expose them to be configurable by end user without having to go into the plugin source.
Change: Preserve existing functionality (default + UTF8 overwrite), unless g:go_border_chars exists, in which case use them
