Configure Dependabot for Poetry and GitHub Actions dependency management #123
Description
As mentioned here, we could make more use of Dependabot to manage dependency updates and vulnerability fixes.
Scope would be:
- Update Python dependencies
- Fix Python module vulnerabilities
- Update GitHub Action dependencies
