Refining metadata for link cards

I noticed if you use any markdown formatting that embeds will write out the syntax and not present it as bold/italic/etc text. I'm unsure if this is something easy to parse or not but it may be worth providing the raw text without the syntax so it's a little cleaner on the card.

I also am unsure if this is a bug or not but it seems profile pictures have disappeared from the embeds too, at least in my testing right now
