Flow event 'fileRetry' is not being fire

I wanted to use the event 'fileRetry' to track retry upload for failed file uploads. However, from what I see, the event is not being fire at all. It seemed like the functionality is working fine, but no event is being fire:

It appears this issue originates from the flow.js library.
The "fileRetry" event is only emitted in the case of an automatic retry.

Is the problem also present with automatic retries?
